FLAT-RATE FEES « Full Service » : 80 Euros before tax (96 Euros tax included) per month
FEES PAID TO THE PROPERTY MANAGER for individual dwellings :
– Monthly rents below 550 Euros : 7% before tax (8,40% tax included) calculated on the basis of all payments received ;
– Monthly rents between 551 Euros and 800 Euros : 6% before tax (7,20 % tax included) calculated on the basis of all payments received ;
– Monthly rents between 801 Euros and 1.500 Euros : 5% before tax (6% tax included) on the basis of all payments received ;
– Monthly rents over 1500 Euros : 4% before tax (4,80% tax included) on the basis of all payments received.
FEES PAID TO THE PROPERTY MANAGER to commercial areas : 10 % before tax (12% tax included) on the basis of all payments received.
LEASING FEES (finding a tenant – drafting the rental contract – inventory check in ) :
For rentals managed via other partner agencies: fees that do not exceed the limits set by the ALUR law and which are determined each year.
For rentals organised via Anagalis Gestion, please find the fees below, subject to the limits set by the ALUR law:
